  • Ordering & MOQ

    Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

    A: Our MOQ for custom abaya designs starts at 50 pieces per style. We specialize in supporting startups and small businesses with low MOQ requirements. For larger orders, we offer more competitive pricing.

    Q: Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?

    A:Yes, we highly recommend ordering a sample to check our quality and craftsmanship. Sample costs and shipping fees are paid upfront but will be deducted from your first bulk order invoice

    Q: Can I mix different style in one order to meet the MOQ?

    A: Yes, in most cases, you can mix different styles and sizes to meet the total MOQ. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
  • Pricing & Payment

    Q: How do I get a price quote?

    A: Please provide us with your design details (tech pack or reference images), fabric type, estimated order quantity, and any special requirements. We will provide a detailed wholesale quote within 24 hours.

    Q: What is your payment terms?

    A: For new customers, we require a 50% deposit to start production, and the remaining 50% must be paid in full before shipment. For long-term partners, we can discuss more flexible terms. Perhaps 30% is also feasible.

    Q: What payment methods do you accept?

    A: We accept T/T (Bank Transfer), PayPal, and Alipay. For orders over $10,000, we also accept L/C.
  • Production & Lead Time

    Q: What is your production lead time?

    A: For orders of 2000 pieces or less, our standard production time is 15-25 working days after sample confirmation and deposit receipt. Exact timing depends on order complexity and current factory schedule.

    Q: Do you offer urgent production services?

    A: Yes, we offer expedited production, but there will be an extra charge (long-term cooperative customers do not need to be charged extra). Please contact us to discuss your schedule. We will do our best to facilitate you.

    Q: How do you ensure quality control?

    A: We have a multi-stage QC process. Our quality inspectors check the fabric, monitor the production line, and perform a final random inspection before packing to ensure every piece meets our standards.
  • Design & Customization

    Q: Can I create my own custom design?

    A: Absolutely! We are a professional OEM/ODM manufacturer. You can send us your technical package/design drawings, or we can help you develop your idea from scratch. We also have professional abaya designers to assist you with the design

    Q: What if I don't have tech packs?

    A: No problem. You can send us inspiration photos, sketches, or even just describe your idea. Our design team will create tech packs and digital samples for your approval.

    Q: Can you work with my specific fabric?

    A: Yes. You can provide your own fabric or we can source it for you based on your specifications (e.g., crepe, chiffon, jersey, linen). We will provide fabric samples for your approval.
  • Shipping & Logistics

    Q: How do you ship the orders?

    A: We ship globally via express carriers (DHL, FedEx, Aramex) for samples and by sea or trackinf, train, air freight for bulk orders. We will recommend the best shipping solution based on your order size and timeline.

    Q: Who handles customs and import taxes?

    A: Generally speaking, the importer (your company) is responsible for all customs duties and taxes. However, we can assist in the smooth customs clearance of all necessary transportation documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.). However, the logistics company we cooperate with also offers tax-inclusive services
